11/14 Bass
« on: November 14, 2011, 07:17:21 PM »
Was suppose to take a co worker out this morning but he cancelled last minute, boy did he pick the wrong day to do that. Got around the Hook about 7:30am greeted by some fairly large swells especially towards the south end of Roamer! Found life immediately started throwing shad bodies nada, switched over to metal and it was game on : ). Had some boats come and go but I stuck with those fish all morning at one point my machine looked like it was in demo! Funny thing they were only hitting on a quick retrieve no up and down! Only boxed one for dinner and left em biting at noon! What a day, don't even want to tell my co worker. Who am I kidding can't wait!

Good job and nice report. Seems the weather man was wrong again, go figure as they usually so accurate.  ::)

Yea, right! I was down to a t shirt by 10am other than that early swell it was a beautiful day and an easy ride home, gotta love those days. I'm in a wide open t top so November can be challenging!

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Sounds like a great day.  I was trying to get out of work early but that did not happen.  I hate to miss out on days with great weather in November.   t^ t^
