Black Fish Sunday
« on: November 20, 2011, 05:05:33 PM »
Did a little Toggin with my Father inlaw today! Left Morgan Creek 6:00am pleasant ride to The Hook that's where it gets interesting Wow a stacked swell coming from the Southth. was a little more then anticipated! Capt. Opted out of the trip to Scotland and took it on the chin South to some sticky stuff near Shrewsbury. All in all not a bad call started off a little slow with everybody getting their sea legs under em and it was game on I was limited out by 10am with the rest of the crew playing catch up. Not the norm, I happen to have it today. with Tog I never know. Couldn't believe some of the smaller boats out there some real Vikings. Boat ended up with 16 keepers and a lot of throw backs. Great day with some great guys. A big thanks to Capt. Rich for putting us on em. They were picking today no big hitters, be back at it Friday!

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
