Forgot to mention in last post, they were checking boats on the way in at the south end of LBI make sure your fish are legal,  big fines!!!  cfzd

They should do a lot more of that on the water, and especially on the beach.

It's got to be hard to have good enforcement with a limited amount of CO's.

I saw a couple of guys filling up thier buckets with small winter flounder at the PP wall last week. They didn't even try to hide it...
