Unfortunatly, we were the only boat to sail out of our harbor today.
Just a couple guys down for bottom fishing and between myself and Rob on the Sea Hunter, there were just enough customers for one boat to make it.
Had a short window of incoming tide with the South wind starting to pick up before it would get nasty on the outgoing. Started local on Birds working, very good action right from the start.
Made our way to the East for the last day of NY fishing. Caught some fish there, tide changed and it started to get nasty. BEAT our way down the beach and found some bird life and fish off the Highlands to finish it up. Wind hit 30 plus knots by the end of the day......Gotta love Fall fishing!
Sailing everyday as long as the fish keep biting.
