We are talking about the Jones Amendment. NOAA, for all practical purposes, ignored the Amendment, we are NOAA, we are bigger than the law.
It must be remembered that Obama appointed Jane, 'National Catch Share Program' Lubchenco, as head of NOAA. This is the same Dear Jane with direct ties to both EDF & PEW. EDF & PEW, two of the most radical anti-fishing groups of them all. 'National Catch Shares Program' better known as the 'Program' for the rich. Heads will roll in November! Bob H.
