Heres a update on Michelle

After goin to the doctors today we learned Michygirl had diabetes. Her sugar level was 123. Altho is not the best of news it sure aint the worst. Right now the doc. said to change and measure her diets and see if the works,if not pills it will be.

   Again We would like to thank every one for their thoughts prayers and well wishes....Hope every one has a super holiday season and a safe one too

I have been living with diabetes for 10 years, with some self control ( which I have not got during these holidays ) It's a change of lifestyle as far as eating goes. Cut back on the carbs, sweets and all the things I love and it can be controlled. As far as her numbers 123 is not all that bad that can easily be dropped with the proper diet,

Thanks...Yeah i know its not to bad but like some one said its a life changing issue. The food is the main thing this we know. It kinda like uncharted waters scared as hell at first,then slow and steady then hopefully its good.

 At least we have a direction now and its always forward from here. We will adjust to the new lifestyle together. Again thanks to every one here makes it a little easier for us.....
