What can you say? We got the window and Chad put us on the meat again! Two drops.....first a slow pick and a lot of angler adjustments trying to figure out a very tricky bite. Whities. A whole, half, shell on or off, 5-6 footers to contend with, pick,pick, pick, crunch! Timing was critical. Chad did some coaching and got a couple of us to settle into a groove. Good thing cause they came in bursts.
Not satisfied, capt makes an audible that put us on a second piece that was more consistent. Fish were mostly keepers in the 2-4 lb range and no big ones today. Largest just making 5lbs. Wrapped up the day with a boat limit but we worked for them. Knocked off just as the hell storm started brewing. Lots of filets to take home!
