Rod Identification

 ???
   NEW member could use help to identify a rod signed Ed R. Keller , Rahway N.J.
Rod is about 6' 10" - small eyelets- wood kind of looks like oak- tip is very supple.  Any help would be appreciated.

Yes that other post is me.  Was seeking info through a different site. 

Can't tell if it's a signature or the manufacturer.
