Sharking the Mud Hole Saturday 6-9-12

Left from Jersey City a little before 6 AM.  Hit the middle of the mud hole just before 8AM.  Chum and baits in the water.  About 20 Minutes into the chum slick, my buddy starts asking how long we had to wait.  I explained that I had called ahead and ordered the sharks for around 9am.   Well wouldn't you know it, at 8:40 we have our 1st Blue shark.  They are bigger this year than I had ever seen before, 12' plus.   20 Minutes later and we have another shark on.  This one was an arial acrobat.  "MAKO".  Landed the 200+ pounder at about 9:15 AM.  The rest of the day was for fun.  Landed and release about another 20 Blue sharks and ran out of hooks by lunch.   Started a new game of grabing them by the tails as they went by for another hour or so, then back toii the dock to clean up and BBQ our catch.
