I had an old friend Jim Sr and his son james Jr on board Saturday. Plan was a fluking trip but once we got out side into the slop the boys got pumped with all the bunker so we snagged and dropped for awhile with no one home. Unsure if the younger Jim's stomach I didn't want to run to far only to have to turn around so we stuck around the inlet for awhile then moved into the river but with the bottom of the tide could'nt get a sniff. I seen the flags laying down so we moved back outside and headed to the south when we had a Humpback breech of the bow
so after we did some whale watching a half mile off the beach, we tried fluking again 40 ft of water then into 24ft of water with no takers not even a Searobin
A short day back at the dock by 2:30 but a good time with an old friend
