Beach and Pier Report RB
« on: June 26, 2012, 03:39:53 PM »
cfzd Talk about Wind My Grand son and I started out for some crabs, or Fluke fishing from the beach. The Cabbage over took us with the crabbing, and the wind blew us off the pier,, So we checked out a few spots along the bay shore, not many fishing, The party boats were out  5hrug, talk about a drift. 2 of the beach spots had the regulars catching fluke 19" - 21". about 10:30 am Kelly's and squid casting and retrieving. no cabbage or junk, saw 7 nice fluke. so tomorrow I will be back early to the hot spots ::) to give it a go. My grand son is all worked up after seeing the Fluke and 3-4 inch snappers, The peanuts are thick in the same area,, Bill
