RARITAN BAY FLUKE JUNE 24

Left KEYPORT at 630 am,CAPT Don,sr & jr,and DOGCATCHER aka DANNY,and 9yr old PUPPY DAN,the radio man.Threw the net for the Pnuts,Headed for the KEYPORT FLATS,WHERE we limited out on WED,Light north west wind against tide. Not a good drift. Puppy Dan naturaly caught the first fish a 19" on peanut,many high fives for the boy.nothing like the smile of a young fisherman ;D  Then came a couple shorts. Capt Don jr tryed a few more of his spots and DOGCATCHER got a keeper after many shorts.Capt Don Jr got a keeper bucktailing after many shorts.Me i got the skunk  rgmn  All in ALL a great day for our young fisherman PUPPY DANNY.Many more days of fishing for our young fisherman. Another great day on the BAY

Capt. Don Sr. Don't feel bad about getting skunked. I know how busy you keep yourself on the boat fixing things, checking things, and making sure everything is just right. Maybe if Capt. Don Jr. would put the rods down and give you a hand you would have better luck. lol Trying to get out there next week. Not looking to good right now but maybe things will change. Good job to the young kid.
IF PEOPLE CONCENTRATED ON THE REALLY IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE... THERE WOULD BE A SHORTAGE OF FISHING POLES!!
