Boat ramp near oceanic bridge on the navesink?

Son wants to go crabbing so would like to hit up the navesink river on Sunday. I usually would put the boat in at highlands marina and drive down but don't feel like wasting two hours round trip (plus I belong to leonardo now so would be even longer  ).

can anyone recommend a ramp around the oceanic bridge?  thanks again. Not that it matters much but I will be driving from Hunterdon County.

There is a ramp at Chris' Deli-Marina way up the Navesink,  not so good at low tide but I just noticed that they put in new channel markers so it should be ok.  There is a ramp in Rumson but I think you need a permit to launch there.   The crabbing is usually good in the upper Navesink.

low tide doesn't bother me much. leonardo is the same way at low tide...i just wind up pushin it off the back and pulling it to a dock, if no dock i'll just beach it like i do in the delaware.  One of the nice things about my 14' alum v hull

went to the ramp you suggested today and worked out great for us.  Twenty to launch and pain free. Also the channels were marked well too.  only a half hour drive for me and my slow boat so it wasn't bad at all to the oceanic bridge.
