deep sea whaling I mean flukin with WB
« on: July 01, 2012, 04:59:42 PM »
What a day. Out with wb,eddie,chris/kutrose,and myself one of the bell boyz.
out side deep for the doormat but only shorts, skates, sea robins, the almighty dogfish and (1) 18" clean lookin fluke for the box out past the big 1 bouy. Now seeing whales just awesome between sandy hook channel and ambrose short of the scottland light. Also a big thanks for the short pull back to the dock for quick repairs. One hell of a day.

that humpback was frickin amazing! the pic does not do him (her?) justice... the whole "shoot straight up and (almost) become airborne right in front of us" breach was unbelievable.

by far the coolest thing I have ever seen on YSA. how big was that puppy? glad I could share that with my friends....

and glad we dint hook into her.. doh

Good times were had by all! The inshore whales were unexpected, too bad we could not get a better photo. Thanks for the ride Warren. chrz
