Raritan Bay Report
« on: July 11, 2012, 07:30:42 AM »
Finally able to wet a line yesterday. All conditions were in our favor N. wind starting to turn to the E. with an incoming tide, this never happens for me. Had my two Boys and a friend from work with me. Stayed local. was able to give my kids some instruction on Bucktailing with light tackle they had a blast. WE Went 5 to 1 on the keeps up to about 3 lbs. ;D about 25 fish all together. GREAT DAY! On a side note: it still amazes me the chances people take in the shipping channnels in the back bay I saw at least 3 very close calls with 1 guy waitng till last whistle and had engine trouble, its not worth it guys Be Smart out there!

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

You mean that's not Dennis? I've talked to him on the phone a few times and the voice fit the pic. Hmmmpf

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
