Beautiful day on the water, was like a lake out there, and oh so hot. Went on a popular rock snagging boat out of Belmar, wasn't bad fishing. The boat did very well, lots of keepers caught, but only ended up with 1 21 inch fluke and 2 keeper seabass. Fished larger gulp and bucktail size with no teaser, missed hookups on a lot of shorts that could've been easily caught, but rather go for larger fish. Seems only 1 came my way. Thats fishing for ya.
Funny how pics end up, same fish, but the 1st picture makes it look so much smaller then 21.
