8/14 Sandy Hook Report

Ran a quick late morning charter for the Kornwasser  crew from Tea neck. Was a short trip so we stayed pretty local to maximize our fishing time. Was absolutely  gorgeous out there even  when it deciced to pour down on us. To my surprise, the action was much better than it had been locally as of late. The guys boxed 10 keeps and had numerous shorts. The fish: weren't big...18-19 inch  fish but they were nice  healthy  fat fish for sure.
