We didn't pull up a trap.  It must have broken off the pot and was floating around untethered.

Cool Rod!!! TT^ Al, I didnt kwow that is was a 'must' I thought they were being nice (as usual), but can most certinally see why it should be or is a must. I mean,  :-\  if I had a trap out there that floated away, I would hope that someone would call me for sure! ;D

Nice picture of the trophy buoy Rod. ;D

Capt. Rod and co-Capt. Autopilot (aka Reel Time Greg) did an awesome job at the wheel today in some rough conditions of  working every bump, valley,  and edge they found on the charts on both the way in and out  to put us on some fish. As fast as some marks would show up they would be gone just as fast. rgmn

Being the “senior citizen” crew member I enjoyed sitting in one of those comfy and often “controversial” deck chairs to throw chunks and down some nice cold beers on a great summer day. chrz

Jayson’s youthful enthusiasm and love for the sport was addictive to all on board and kept us fishing hard all day despite the conditions. t^

It seems from the way all of the other boats out there today were also constantly on the move, and from the chatter on the radio it was a tough day for everyone out there today.

Great crew and great time despite the outcome, but that’s fishing and it was great to get out again to some beautiful clean water to get a shot at the pelagic swimmers. chrz

PS: From what I heard I am happy that Rod had a Wawa hero instead of one of Eddie’s special gourmet sandwiches.   ;D pawle

Yea Greg, that got our attention for sure cfzd

Great job in the quick recovery from that surprise t^

And thanks for the great job you did working the deck with great detail and for teaching me some of what you have learned about offshore trips and presentation of offerings and rigs to do the job. chrz

Note to self: Don't touche the drag that was pre-set :P

Always a great learning experience for me on every trip I take.

Love to fish but never claimed to be good at it. ;D ;D chrz chrz pawle

Looks like you guys tried hard.  Jason is very addicted and a great crew member.  I learned many new things on my trip with Rod and crew. The teamwork on the boat is great.  chrz
