Bluefishing Head Boats

Hey guys im lookin to go on the golden eagle and ive never went bluefishin on a head boat/party boat before can u give me an idea of what to use like hook size, leader, weight, jigs, etc

Buy pre made Bluefish hooks in 6/0.  Either rubber core or clinch on weights of various sizes.

Diamonds in 4 and 6oz, w/ and w/o tails.

Bring a lighter spin outfit, fluro leader and some Tsunami 4" split tail minnows in olive/black-clear for the albies.

Also, if your reel is loaded with braid, check with the boat to see if they allow braid line as some do not allow it.

Would u guys reccomend floru or wire leaders?

wire for the blues is a must, fluro for the albies is a must
