I couldn't wait for the nicer weather tomorrow so I picked up some killies and headed out this afternoon. Went straight to Flynn's Knoll and made a few long drifts in not so ideal conditions. Put out a dead stick with a killie/squid combo and bucktailed with another rod. I caught four short fluke 17-18" and a mess of sea robins of all sizes. One of the fluke spit up a 4" robin as I was releasing it. I was getting tired from being knocked around by the choppy waters so I decided to go investigate some bird action to the north. Lots of birds diving on small bait, threw some jigs but had no hits. Looked like small false albies from the brief look I got at the fast moving school. Back at the dock after about 3 hours. Heading out tomorrow morning for another shot at it.
