Great report from Capt. Joe Nolan our Stuart Florida inshore/flats fishing guide nice going Joe we'll be eager to hear about your next back country trip!
The rain has let up some around Stuart, FL. and our water inshore seems to be improving. The early morning Snook fishing has been good. There are still some Tarpon around. Still a lot of mullet and glass minnows here and hopefully they will be around for a few weeks yet. Still plenty of Jack Crevalle for some good rod bending action. With the longer nights our water should start cooling a bit and with that our trout fishing should start picking up. I've heard scattered reports of some Redfish around which should only be getting better in the upcoming weeks.
We fished the Michael Shields Inshore Tournament last weekend which benefits our local Boys & Girls Club in
Stuart Florida. The tournament had a great turnout with a good time had by all. It will be held next year at the end of Sept. It's a great time of the year to fish here and proceeds go to a great cause. Come check it out next year!
Thanks to Nina and Tanya and congrats to Tanya on her first snook.
Book your adventure and lets go fishing!
