We got a late start this morning. With Drew up from Florida and Cathy on board. Broke the inlet not much before 11:15, stopped and got a dozen green crabs to give some blackfish a try. Made our way up to the Red Church rockpile with Capt. Joe giving us a wave passing us heading in on a friends boat, he called me to say they had a steady bite but only a hand full of keeper C Bass. We had steady action from the time we came tight on the hook. C Bass, and porgies. It was tough to get a black fish bite with the rollers we had but the C Bass and porgies were not shy and were eating the crabs. Ended the trip after about 2 hours with the seas building. Ended the day with 8 or 9 nice keeper C bass.
