Looking for a Skyway Pier in NJ

Heard of this Pier has some great catches. Its called Skyway Pier. Does anyone know where its located?? Or have directions?

Saint Petersburg Florida. It's the old Sunshine Skyway Bridge that was taken out by a ship. They built a New bridge and kept the old highway as a fishing pier.  Cool place. If you fish there overnight, you will feel better with a side arm. 
I've spent most of my life fishing, the rest I've just wasted     <'((((><
