I remember a few years ago the Old Orchard and West Bank Light were put up for sale. They were sold at auction and are now privately owned.

Yeah I'm a little surprised it's not sticking up out of the shallows around there.

I've heard it from a few different people.  I didn't take the picture myself but a couple people I spoke to in Keyport mentioned it.  I couldn't see a reason to make it up but then again there are people who get their jollies off stranger things.  To be honest I hope it's photoshopped.   I always thought it was one of the nicer lighthouses.
