Jersey Nutz Report sunday 12/9
« on: December 10, 2012, 08:41:14 PM »
We fished our open Boat trip on Sunday and decided to make a run north. We were greeted with birds working hard on the seen. It was not long after that when we got the first few Stripers in the boat, but all the fish for the day were undersized, so back in they went. We were in the bite for about 3 hours and picked up 12 fish, then it shut off like a light switch. We then shifted gears to find the Tog. On our first drop we got 4 fish to take the bait, only 1 being sized for the cooler. After that, things shut off. We made a couple of moves and couldn't find anything happening. It was a good thing we found the birds diving in the morning and bent some rods. We just posted up some of our last open boat dates for this year. Give us a call if you are wanting to hop on!!!
