Irish Ayes seabassing. 9/15
« on: September 15, 2007, 04:03:37 PM »
Left the dock in the rain.  Only a slight drizzle.  Went to the Red Church and drifted across some rock piles.  Pulled 11 keeper seabass and a porgie.  Had way too many throwbacks.

Rained came down a little harder and lasted about an hour into our fishing time.  After the rain stopped the wind picked up.  Eventually got to about 20-25 knots.

Had a school of blue fish come in.  Lost several rigs and boated only one blue, about eight pounds or so.

Will be out again tomorrow.  The wind should subside so we will hit a wreck further off shore and try to find some bigger seabass.

Good luck to all going out.
