Nightime Ling 01/05/2013
« on: January 07, 2013, 08:55:15 AM »
My son and I joined the Wreckfish crew (Jake, John and Guy) for a fun night of Ling fishing out of Point Pleasant.  We all had a great time catching a mess of fish including the targeted species. Jake and my son caught short Cod with Jake's just missing by a hair.  Some monster silver eels provided some excitement along with some congers and of course dogfish.  It looks like in 2013 Wreckfish may have to change his name to Dogfish as he was hammering those puppies. I did manage to land the second largest ling and went home with a nice bag of filets.  A great way to spend evening.  Thanks Phil for setting this up.  t^
