Sailboat grounded at the hook

There's a 25+ ft sail boat laid up on the beach around the tip of the hook. Saw it this AM (you can't miss it).  I was out this past tuesday heading up the Raritan bay toward Princess and the reach area in search of weakies.  Not sure if it was there then.  Anyone know how long it's been there and the story around it?
