Warinanco Park Pond 3-13-13
« on: March 13, 2013, 03:11:37 PM »
I've been trying to fish for weeks now and something always goes wrong. Either bad weather, get called into work, no bait. Well today I decided I was going to go fishing no matter what. Wanted to go for stripers but after every bait shop I checked in the area didn't have worms I got some nightcrawlers and went out.

Pretty slow day overall. Fished from noon until about 1:45 and only caught about 6 tiny bullheads and lost about 6 more. Not the size of the catfish I was hoping for but I was happy. The weather was okay, when it was sunny and not windy it was nice. When the sun hid and the wind picked up, it got chilly. I felt the water and the temp seemed warmer than I thought it would.

You gotta noodle for the big ones ;D Nice job t^
Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
