Massachusetts Fluke Regs

Was invited to join a group on a Charter out of Mass for some Fluke/Seabass fishing in late June. I would love to take the trip up there just to get away but I can't find 2013 regs, looks to me like they havn't been voted on yet. Anybody have any INTEL? slt

As of January 29, 2013 the fluke regs have not been decided...
