It was a nice afternoon to knockoff work a bit early and hop on the boat.  I grabbed 2 trolling rods and my collection of stretches and headed out about 3PM.  Passed a smiling Capt. Carl who was heading back in with his happy crew.  Unfortunately, I did not return so happy.  I trolled for about 2 hours around 11A and the Reach with only 2 plastic bags for my trouble.  Nevertheless, it was a a beautiful evening on the water.

Boat traffic was very light. There were about a dozen or so boats anchored off keyport and I only saw two others trolling.  Marked lots of fish all over but no takers.

Not to worry Dan, friend of mine once found a fishing lure inside a plastic bag while trolling.
Must have dropped over the side while guys were setting up to fish one day.
