fished the round valley trout assoc. tournament today.it was windy and boat control wasn't easy.we landed 9 brown and rainbow trout and 4 lakers.with 3 rainbows over 18in.the largest being 24 3/8in.5.64lbs.97 trout were weighed in by 29 anglers.we had 1st and 4th in the rainbow/brown division.the fish are in the top 35ft of water over 70-80ft.we caught fish on spoons,rapalas,and live herring in meat heads and harness rigs with flashers.lots of big rainbows were caught in the tourn.
