For all who listened to the weatherman once again (Scott), you missed a very nice bite today!
Good shot of fish with many keepers and some shorts for the action in the AM. Capt. Ron Sr. was hot landing 11 fish.
The young man who had the pool winner, fishing with a rod rental and after some instruction from the Sr. Captain, landed 5 beauties including a great 42 inch pool fish that made 29 pounds!! Couple limits and happy customers, doesn't get any better than that. Claimed another 2 Striper Virgins with a Father and son team.
Had to hang in there waiting for Doc to catch his two, but he did at the "END"of the day and went home with a nice dinner. ( sorry Doc, had to do it)Smile
Gail winds forecast for tomorrow.....yea right, will see. If it's fishable, we will sail. Like I always say, "Patience" pay's off. Way too many fish and bait around to throw in the towel.
Please don't ask me about "FLUKE"right now, I have way too many Bass left to catch and the way it's going, this could be the best Spring in a long time.
Thanks for checking in, and PLEASE, don't wait too long to come fishing!
Capt. Ron
