Chill it in fridge overnight.

Slice and eat with some ginger and wasabi.

try this-

marinate in a little lime juice for about 10-15 minutes, season both sides with salt and pepper, also season with powdered chipotle chilies (chipotle is smoked red jalapeno - go light on the chipotle and it will still taste awesome without being overbearing).

Put a little oil in a pan and get it hot! Sear the steaks on each side briefly so you get nice color on the surface and leave the center as pink as you're comfortable with. (personally- if I can trust that the meat is high quality with no parasites, I'll leave it as close to raw in the middle as possible, or get it so that it's just a few seconds past raw if you don't like the idea of raw fish).

Serve the steak over hot rice that has a little cilantro or parsley mixed in, and make a little pico di gallo to go with it (finely chopped tomato onion and cilantro/parsley tossed with olive oil and a dash of chili if you want a little more heat).

Alternately, if you're good at making margaritas, marinate the steaks in the margarita instead of the lime juice (basically the same idea except you're adding some tequila and salt to the lime marinade).
