Wind blew hard again today but it was fishable despite the conditions.
Sharks and Skates, all you wanted till the Bass took over in the first 1/2 hour. Shorts started it off, then the keepers started to bite.
Some big fish once again today including Tony (from Staten Island)'s 22 pounder, Skinders 21 pounder and Chris Zotti's pool fish at 24 pounds.
Chris was also high hook with 5. Couple limits and good action till the end of the tide. Bite didn't turn back on the way I would have liked after the current started running so we made a move to a new area to finish out the day.
Landed another 1/2 dozen keepers, some Blues and a couple shorts to finish it out.
Capt. Dan will be back at it tonight on the 3:30pm trip. Conditions for him are gonna be crap also with incoming tide against the hard NW wind. Hope they bite!
