Started the morning in the channel with a hard incoming and a NW wind, it wasn't pretty. Tangles, lots of weight and for the few fish we caught on the first drift, I didn't make another one there. Blasted off to where we fished all last week.
Took a while to find a nice line of life to work as several of the area's I had fished only produced a couple fish. Finally found what I was looking for and started to put some beauties in the boat!!
Dave Bachovchin lead the way with the pool fish at 6.7 pounds followed by Keith's 6.4 then George's 6.2 all on one drift!!
Hand full of 5 pounders also came aboard caught by Gerry and Tom Krako, Jacques and a young lady fishing in the bow.
Not the hot fishing of yesterday with steady action all day but quality fish coming aboard today.
With the NE predicted for tomorrow (if we get it) and depending on how hard it blows will determine where we fish.....it WON'T be behind the hook for sure!
CHARTERED FRIDAY MORNING and NIGHT TRIP, Also, SATURDAY MORNING this week.
