8/19 the Boys from NY
« on: August 19, 2013, 10:15:48 PM »
Well today I had a refer from a high tuna lure builder.. these guys fish cape cod all the time so  I was it would be a action packed day.. Well the fish showed up to chew today.. Pretty nice when guys bring 8 jigging set ups and 4 popping rods..

First stop, found the marks and Anthony was tight right away and brought in a a nice 46" under,.. Time for the kiss of steel. .. Guys are working jigs hard. Bamm tight again cames to side of boat and while reach down to leader it, bink gone.

After a hour or so of good marks but not takers we made a move.. That move paid off greatly... As soon as the jigs hit the bottom .... Doubles and while speed reeling a line out of the way .. Triples. This was awesome., we stuck our over at 53" fish and release to more overs .. Reset the drift a few times and picked a fish every drift..

So the boys from NY enjoyed a day jersey style...

Enjoy

Capt Joe

My wife loves her bean bag chair. Best thing I could buy her for the boat.
A good day of fishing is better than a bad day of fishing. A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work. That means work sucks!
