Captain Anthony Jr. called and said he was taking the afternoon off from the Off Shore Fishing Arena and wanted to know if I was interested in fishing in the p.m. on some local numbers.Conditions and weather were ??
I took the boat around, as we met at the fuel dock and made the$200.00 deposit. Armed with p nuts,(yes the are around now)strip baits,bucktails, gulp,teasers etc. we headed South around the hook.Plenty of shorts so we move further East and then North East catching plenty of short but healthy (Fat) fish.
All fish caught on bait and most where lip hooked which made for easy release.Water was like a lake and wind out of the North.Docked at 8:30am cleaned up and got a bite to eat.No keepers.
