Fishing Fort Lauderdale on Happy Day Today with Capt. Zsak
Patrick Stemmler along with his fellow associates from American Dream Home Improvement from all over the country chartered the Happy Day Today along with the Topshotfishing team to do some deep sea sport fishing in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Winds were out of the east at 9 mph, seas were running 2-3 ft., temperature in the mid 80’s – a beautiful sunny day.
With the beers all cooled down, we left the dock and headed out to the sea buoy located in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 120 ft. of water. Fifteen minutes after leaving the dock, lines were in the water. We have 34 artificial wrecks here in Fort Lauderdale, FL, ranging in depth of water from 60 feet out to 420 ft., which holds bait fish and in return the predators will not be too far away.
We put two plainers down, both with sea witches and double hook Bonito strips. We had Ballyhoos for surface baits. After each catch, the anglers celebrated by having a beer. We would up with 10 Bonitos, 3 Kingfish and 4 Tunas.
With happy smiles on all their faces, the anglers retired to the a/c salon for the short ride back to the dock at Bahia Mar 801 Seabreeze Blvd. Fort Lauderdale 33316.
