I have heard nothing but great things about this school. I was supposed to use this one but made a mistake and went with a competitor.
This one has better learning and teaching aids and a way better format to follow. If you want a school to learn from, be safe, and less stress for testing, go here. A lot of the other ones show you enough to be dangerous and get your license. Think Safety!!! Come home alive.

The hardest part is putting together your package to the Coast Guard.  Not that it is hard, but in my opinion, harder than the course.
Start now in gathering your sea time.

i have a ton of sea time, and I have my CPR certification already.

Hey Rod when you get to the part of the course that teaches you that pirate talk let me know its pretty cool ARRRRRG...

Just to chime in my buddy went to Mariners School and gave it High ratings, I went to Sea School and also had a good experience....

Ya can't go wrong getting the knowledge, make you a better sea farer.......Capt Joe is right paperwork and Sea Time forms are tedious........

Forgot to mention one thing, if you sign up for either Sea School or MAriners School at the Atlantic City Bat show they knock $150 off the price of training and yu have 1 year to take the course........well worth it TT^
