With sea bass heading to a three fish limit soon and my first day off after a long but productive school year it was time to hit the Monger. I don't have to tell you how good the boat, captain or mate is since none of you live under a rock.
A seven man trip turned into a five man trip as two no show-no calls. Jerry quickly made the call as no response was coming the two. Fishing was a solid pick again. Power drifting sport after spot we were always over something. I was a bit off my game early but meat was coming over the rail. Two to one ling to sea bass with some nice blackfish mixed in that will live another two weeks or so. Ended the day with 91 ling and 44 sea bass.
