I had yet another trip for Fluke today on the Monger...Tues trip yielded 33 keepers but today would be a limit catch of 40 to 8 pounds.

Fish Monger Fri 8/1 Fluke Boat Limit to 8lbs!!! Back out to the deep today. Started out slow but patience paid off. Looked around hard and found small patches of quality keepers. Worked em hard and it seemed as the day went on they bit better. Picked away at 3-5 lbers with a 7lber n the big fish was 8lbs. Had a few good blasts at em n Grinded out the guys limit b4 it slowed up... Was satisfied with that but fig Id try another spot on the ride home and I'm glad I did BC the bite was Savage topped off our boat limit and released another 5 keepers b4 heading home. High hook had 13 keepers ( only keeping His legal limit) Boxed up a 8 man Boat Limit of 40 Keepers
I personally had 11 keepers ( only keeping my legal limit ) Double limit plus !!
( not so )....Funny story...
My side kick Paule was also supposed to join me today...but hit the snooze button one too many times on the I phone...
Was a little too quite on the boat without ya buddy ...Missed ya...
