"Fish Monger II Tues 7/27 Fluke to 7 1/4 lbs - Well like everyone else down our way the keepers were hard to come by most of the day. Looked all over but Wind finally backed off and found a hungry patch in the afternoon . Hey better late then never. The guys earned em all today fished hard and managed a nice box of 34 keepers to over 7lbs. Loads of just miss shorts too. Last couple hours of the trip was a like a different day all together"
Kenny, Wreckfish, and Steve were the hot hands team with the keepers.
Tough day for me with only one for the box and bunch of shorts.
My daughter, first time on the Monger, put 2 in the box and out fished me.
Wreckfish had the big one at 7.25 lbs.
Kenny and I managed to stay well hydrated today and had had a blast with the crew.
Back at it again on Friday.
