Flukemasters and JCAA fluke tourneys 8-2-14....

fished these 2 on Saturday with King Vito, C&B Joe, and Motorhead Anthony....

extremely tough conditions right from the start, hard gusting east winds and driving rains for most of the AM made things miserable.. but on we went.... stayed in the bay and hit areas we haven't fished in 10-15 yrs and it paid off ..... I decked a 9.89 and Vito followed with a 7 plus and it was game on with a few 4's and 5 plus lb fish......

we won the Fluke Masters last year with 33 plus lbs for 5 fish kreel and this year hit the scales with 32.89 lbs, which unfortunately wasn't enough to make the money finishing 5th...BIG CONGRATS TO Charlie Parker and his crew who are having an awesome season so far.....

from that weigh in we hit the JCAA scales with our bigger fish, 9.89 which was only good for 3rd behind 2 jumbos going 11 and 10 plus.... and another congrats to Bob Morell and his crew on Sandy Hook Fishing Adventures for grabbing and weighing in their first true doormat at 10.1 lbs......

ALL the bigger fish caught on OMT Bucktails so a big thank you to Jerry over there and their products

 back at it this week

Good job. Some big fish weighed in for those tourneys.  t^
