All the reports I had heard said inshore bluefin was bad so thought I would try my hand at dolphin fishing. Left marina about 6ish this morning. Today had to be the most beautiful day I've ever seen out on the water. Spent the day trolling around the pots and ended up with 4 dolphin.  Not to bad for my first try at it.

Way to go! If you target them specifically at the pots bring killies or peanut bunker or even chunked fish. Pull up close to the pots, toss out bait if they get nailed throw bucktails or baited hooks on light spinning tackle.
