Had Rob, and Jeff take the boat for the day.. Jeff has had a curse on bluefin for 4 years.. So with the super moon and slow bite I knew we had to pound the grounds.. 2 hrs into the morning troll the #2 starboard rod start screaming. Rob was standing right next to the rod but elected to have Jeff get on the fish.. A few minutes later and a lot of cursing Jeff boated the first fin of the day.. So we reset on the. Troll another. Hr or two goes by and way back starts to sing .. Rob mans the rod , Jeff is running video and we stick our second under . So now we went on the hunt for the rest of the day.. Saw plenty of fish pushing water but not luck hooking them..
