Tog Opener

Headed out with a charter crew from Belmar today. Set up on first location and picked at a bunch of nice tog. Nothing crazy but quality fish coming over the rail. A slight move to a second site close by (Waved to Joe and crew on Irish Ayes but didn't see me)and we were on some more quality size fish. Picked throughout the day and in between the dog fish to box 29 keepers of several 6+ lb fish. Friend took 2nd in JCSA tournament with his largest fish and looks like another in the crew took 3rd. Personally had a limit plus a couple shorts. Great day out to start the "Fall" season.

Yep, didn't see ya out there or would have said hi. We didn't fare as good today. Slow pick for us.

I missed that, Thanks Rod. Pete did a great job doing some homework for us and finding the right locations. We did have whiteleggers yesterday which also seemed to be the advantage. Not many bites on the greens.
