The Pequest Trout Hatchery Open House is this weekend, March 28 & 29. A range of family-friendly activities suitable for lovers of fishing and the outdoors will be available, along with wildlife artists and exhibits about the state's natural resources. The event includes the "Hog Trough" full of monster trout and warm-water game fish, a Sportsmen's Flea Market, archery ranges and fishing for children 8-16. Food vendors will be on-site or bring your own lunch and enjoy one of three picnic areas.
