boat work & winter flounder

Helped Joe on the Irish Eyes do some work on the boat and then went to the Manasquan canal.
Fished the top of the tide with one bite/caught a 13 inch winter flounder. Seaweed got heavy so we left.

So the flounder are still there  do you think they would be in the inlet ?
