With the wind NW-20K, Tom and I fished local to the Highlands this morning. When the wind slowed a bit we went looking for our favorite flatfish the Fluke. The 15’ line in front of Officers Row produced many shorts @8”. The Point of Hook crowded with party and private boats didn’t appeal to us as we continued out to the ocean as far South as The Nude Beach. This area we had all to ourselves produced many doggies and short Fluke as the drift continued North, nearing the end of the Hook, the Sea Robins bombed us into submission as I picked up The only keeper Fluke @18” and we headed in around noon. Tom hasn’t gotten a keeper yet this season. Pete
